Your STRAZ sneakers are made to shine - literally. Each pair is hand‑embellished with genuine Czech crystals and crafted to be as durable as they are beautiful. With the right care, your sneakers will stay sparkling wear after wear.
Cleaning & Washing
We’ve personally tested our embellished sneakers in a gentle washing‑machine cycle, and the crystals remained fully intact with no damage.
To keep your pair looking their best, we recommend:
- Machine wash on a gentle or delicate cycle
- Use cold water to preserve materials
- Place shoes in a laundry bag
- Air dry only - avoid the dryer
If you prefer hand‑cleaning, a soft brush and mild soap work perfectly as well.
Crystal Care
Every pair comes with spare crystals, just in case one decides to make an escape. If a crystal ever comes loose:
- Clean the small area where it was attached
- Apply a tiny amount of strong craft adhesive
- Press the replacement crystal into place and let it dry
Most customers won’t need this, but we want you to be fully equipped.
Damage or Wear & Tear
While small issues can typically be fixed at home using the spare crystals, we understand that bigger concerns may happen on rare occasions.
