Because every STRAZ pair is individually hand‑customised to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size, or personal preference. Each pair is created specifically for you, and once customisation begins, the shoes can no longer be returned to the original retailer.

Before You Order

To ensure the perfect fit, we strongly recommend:

  • Reviewing the official size chart for the brand you’re purchasing

  • Measuring your feet using our step‑by‑step size guide

  • Reaching out to us with any sizing questions — we’re always happy to help

Your selection is important since each item is custom‑made and cannot be resold or exchanged.

Quality Guarantee

While returns for change of mind or sizing issues cannot be accepted, we stand confidently behind the craftsmanship of every STRAZ pair.

If your order arrives with:

  • A manufacturing defect, or

  • Damage caused during our customisation process

please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will assess the issue and work with you on a suitable resolution in line with Australian Consumer Law.
