STRAZ is an online retailer specialising in customised footwear. All shoes are sourced from original manufacturers or authorised retailers, then hand‑embellished with Czech crystals.

2. Ordering

  • By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.

  • Each pair is custom‑made to order, which means craftsmanship begins shortly after your purchase.

  • Once an order has started production, cancellations are not possible.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in AUD and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase.

  • We reserve the right to update prices at any time.

4. Custom Product Disclaimer

  • Because items are individually customised by hand, slight variations in crystal placement may occur.

  • These variations are not considered defects.

5. Shipping

  • Shipping times may vary depending on location.

  • Once shipped, delays caused by carriers are outside our control.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.

  • Please refer to our Size Guide carefully before ordering.
